When requesting obituary assistance from our Research Team, please include the name and year of the person you are looking for, as well as any additional information you may have about this person (including actual date of death) in the "Comments" section of the online order form.

Please follow all of the following steps:

1) Click here to download the Research Assistance Form. Save it to your computer to fill out.
2) Next, fill in the shaded boxes on this Online Store order form below:

• Name: the person you are researching

• Place: where this person lived

• Comments: dates, other places, additional information

3) Pay for a minimum of 1 hour of research time and email the completed Research Assistance Form to scgs@scgsgenealogy.com.
